Even when I didn't purchase the lock from him to start - he was not only responsive but even offered to come by over the weekend to make sure our front door is secured before the new part comes in. He really knows his craft well and his experience showed when he very patiently answered my MANY questions.  We had a non standard door lock on our front door and wanted to replace it with a newer style with a smart lock on the deadbolt.  He replaced our hardware quickly and efficiently and explained everything clearly to me. Carlos from Prime Locksmith came to the rescue and was at our house in about 30 minutes. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and handled the situation quickly. He had to drill the lockout to get us back inside, and he did a great job. Really appreciated the fast response and excellent service.
