Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carlos was super helpful with diagnosing the root issue with my Samsung Smart Lock. Even when I didn't purchase the lock from him to start - he was not only responsive but even offered to come by over the weekend to make sure our front door is secured before the new part comes in.

Would not look for any other locksmith now I have Carlos and the team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently worked with Carlos of Prime Locksmith and had a great experience. He was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He arrived quickly and explained everything clearly. What stood out most was how calm and knowledgeable he was during a stressful situation. I would absolutely recommend Prime Locksmith to anyone needing reliable locksmith services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carlos was professional, punctual and so polite. A true pleasure to deal with. He really knows his craft well and his experience showed when he very patiently answered my MANY questions. We had a non standard door lock on our front door and wanted to replace it with a newer style with a smart lock on the deadbolt. He replaced our hardware quickly and efficiently and explained everything clearly to me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else that needs a locksmith and I know I won't be using anyone else if I can help it... Thank you Carlos!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were in a bit of a predicament when the battery died on our keypad lock, and we didn’t have a key with us. Carlos from Prime Locksmith came to the rescue and was at our house in about 30 minutes. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and handled the situation quickly. He had to drill the lockout to get us back inside, and he did a great job.

Really appreciated the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend Carlos and Prime Locksmith if you ever need help with a lock in a pinch!
